The two-day “Tactical First Aid for Police Officers” course provides a tactical pre-hospital trauma care philosophy, stressing the need to treat the multi-system trauma patient as a unique entity with specific needs. This may require an approach to the trauma patient that varies from traditional treatment modalities.

The content of this course is based on the experience of numerous military and police first responders earned the hard way in hostile environments around the world, where the traditional approach to pre-hospital trauma patients does not work.
